The ground is wet, it’s really wet. The tree roots are overwhelmed, at least all of those I can see. There are of course the ones beneath the ground too. I can imagine how they feel – so much water. They could barely breathe. I felt the same but now its passed, yes, it’s gone now. The water hasn’t though, I am trudging my way through it, one foot in, second foot out. I am struggling to keep a balance, but at least I’m upright, I can’t say the same about everything else. Not much else is still the right way round, no, not much at all really. I can still recognise it, but it’s upsetting. Everything is here but all slightly different.
